10 most underrated women in WWE history

Brooke Adams/ Miss. Tessmacher

Brooke started her wrestling career by trying out for WWE’s Diva Search in 2006. She, unfortunately, didn’t make the cut for the search but she did, however, receive a developmental contract. Her time with the company was short but she did make a presence in their ECW brand.

She teamed up with Layla and Kelly Kelly to form the group known as Extreme Expose. Whereas Layla and Kelly went on to become future champions in the company, Brooke’s time was cut short in 2007. During her time with WWE, she was used more for her model background and less for her in-ring potential. Fortunately for TNA, what was WWE’s loss was their gain.

Brooke would move on to TNA and have the surname Tessmacher implemented. Here she proved what she could do as an in-ring performer. She went on to become a three-time Knockouts Champion where she defeated huge talents such as Madison Rayne, and Gail Kim.

Her third title victory was against Taryn Terrell where she ended her record-breaking reign of 279-days. She also held the Knockouts Tag Team Championship along with Tara. Where her underrated status with WWE is still intact, she eventually made a name for herself.
