Lucha Underground star and former AAA Reina de Reina’s champion Sexy Star has announced that she will be entering a career in boxing, leaving behind her wrestling career after nearly ten years.
The surprise announcement was made last night where Sexy Star appeared unmasked, at a boxing event with her husband, boxing star Jhonny González, and introduced as a female boxer competitor.

Since the premiere of Lucha Underground in 2014, Sexy Star has been one of the promotion’s top star, competing in high profiled matches, including her highly praised “No Mas” match against Mariposa.
