After falling short in the same category last year, tonight at the Teen Choice Awards 2016, Nikki and Brie Bella were awarded as the Choice Female Athletes!
The WWE Superstars showed up on stage with Shadowhunters’ Matthew Daddario to present the award for Choice Movie Breakout star. Before heading out, it was announced that the former Divas champions had won their category, beating out the likes of Simone Biles, Alex Morgan, Danica Patrick, Ronda Rousey and Serena Williams.
This marks the very first time a WWE Superstar has won a Teen Choice Award!
Nikki and Brie’s show Total Divas was also nominated for Choice Reality Show.
The twins took to Snapchat to thank their fans for the award:
