Impact Wrestling to design new title belts

It looks like Impact will continue to rebrand itself, this time introducing new title designs again.

According to PWMania, during a conference call with Impact Wrestling executives Don Callis and Scott D’Amore, it was announced that the promotion will be introducing new title belts in April.

Former Knockout Champion Sienna unified the Knockouts Title with the Globlal Force Wrestling belt and current title holders have been holding the previous GFW design ever since.

The current belts are still from when the promotion was branded as Global Force Wrestling and they simply have an Impact Wrestling plate that covers up the GFW logo.

The current Knockouts Champion is Laurel Van Ness after defeating Rosemary on November 8, 2017 in Ottawa, Ontario. The title was previously vacant by Gail Kim after she relinquished it upon her retirement on November 16.

What do you think of this news? What do you hope the new belts look like? Sound off in the comments below.
