According to emerging reports the WWE has signed a new Diva, and she’s got quite the unique resume.
Sarah Backman, a 21-year-old Swedish arm wrestler, has been signed to a developmental deal and will be reporting to the WWE’s developmental territory.
Backman, who bench presses 200 lbs, has also appeared on Sweden’s Gladiators program “Gladiatorerna” as Spirit.
Her arm wrestling accolades include being an eight-time World Champion, eight-time European Champion and 11-time Swedish Champion, having made her start in the sport when she was just 14 years old.
She confirmed the signing on Twitter, retweeting several congratulatory messages and responding to questions, revealing when she will be heading to NXT:
