Tonight at WrestleMania 31 Stephanie McMahon came dangerously close to feeling the wrath of UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey.
The two came face to face in the ring thanks to The Rock, who interrupted a promo by Stephanie and her husband Triple H. When asked to leave by Stephanie, Rock walked around the ring and found Rousey sitting at ringside. She then jumped the barrier and joined them in the ring.
Stephanie urged Rousey to reconsider standing against them, reminding the UFC fighter that she and the rest of the Four Horsewomen supported her in her match against Brie Bella at SummerSlam.
Soon, though, things unraveled, with Triple H and The Rock brawling in the middle of the ring. This led to a heated encounter between Ronda and Stephanie, Ronda nearly locking in her dreaded armbar submission.
Stephanie and Triple H would escape relatively unscathed, but the encounter was clearly won by The Rock and Ronda Rousey.
