The following contains spoilers for future episodes of NXT.
NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks is currently nursing an injury to her arm or shoulder according to a report from the Wrestling Observer (via The Ring Fan).
Despite the injury, the report states that Sasha was scheduled to work a match on the most recent set of NXT tapings but left to accompany her fiance, Sarath Ton, to the hospital after he suffered an injury during his tag team match. She didn’t make a single appearance in front of the live crowd during the course of the tapings.
At this time, it’s unknown whether or not Banks’s injury was sustained during her TakeOver match with Becky Lynch or if she went into the match with it.
