PWInsider’s Mike Johnson has revealed details of the speculated injury of former Divas Champ, Maryse.
Maryse will undergo surgery tomorrow in Birmingham, Alabama after having issues with her kneecap which was dislocated last December — a night after her Divas Championship win aired on TV.
At the time, Maryse was able to avoid surgery through rehabilitation but her kneecap has continued to bother her in recent months.
Maryse’s knee issues help explain why her match with Mickie James last night didn’t go over too well. But now with the Divas title off her, she can have the surgery she needs.
