It’s been a rough week for Queen Charlotte. After it was reported that she’ll need to undergo surgery to fix an implant rupture, she’ll now need dental work from an injury sustained during WWE’s European tour.
Yesterday, May 10, during a SmackDown brand show in Oberhausen, Germany she faced off against SmackDown Women’s Champion Carmella.
Carmella may have knocked Charlotte’s teeth out during the match. When a fan went to take a picture with her after the match, Charlotte said, “I can’t take a picture I lost my teeth”

WWE hasn’t released an official statement on the matter but Carmella has been boasting about the injury on twitter:

According to a report from Dave Meltzer, Charlotte is flying back home to receive the dental work needed to repair the injury.
She is expected to return to the tour sometime after the weekend.
