Tonight on SmackDown Live (May 15th), Becky Lynch became the latest Superstar to earn a spot at this year’s Money in the Bank Ladder match when she defeated Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville in a triple threat match.

Prior to the Triple Threat match, SmackDown General Manager Paige met with her former Absolution partners backstage to inform that on top of competing against Lynch, they would have to compete against one another for a spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder match.

Lynch started the Triple Threat match strong by tossing Rose to the outside and taking Deville one on one. However, the numbers game quickly caught with Lynch who slips to the outside after taking a double suplex.
The action spills to the outside where the double team attack continues as the heels toss Lynch to ring apron and barricade. When the Superstars make it back to the ring, Rose for the cover on Lynch but Deville breaks it up.

Deville then turned on Rose by taking her down with a strong strike. She then turned her attention to Lynch but Lynch began to build a comeback by connecting the Bexploder on Deville and picking up the win by locking in the Dis-Arm-Her on Rose for the win.
Lynch now joins Ember Moon, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss as qualifying Superstars for this year’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.

It was also announced that next week’s qualifying MITB Ladder match will be between Billie Kay and Lana.
