Friday Night SmackDown is set to kick off the year with a Triple Threat tag team match. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross vs. Sasha Banks & SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley vs. Lacey Evans & Dana Brooke is scheduled.
Evans & Brooke have had quite the recent rivalry heating up between them and Bayley & Banks. Could Evans vs. Bayley still be the option for a SmackDown Women’s Title match in the future?
The Royal Rumble pay-per-view is also just a few weeks away. This past Monday on RAW, Charlotte Flair announced herself as the first entrant in the women’s Royal Rumble match. Tonight could declare more entrants announced for that event.
