Nyla Rose vs. Kris Statlander set for the AEW Women’s World Title at Revolution

AEW has just announced that Nyla Rose will defend her newly won title against the number one contender Kris Statlander. This match will take place at their upcoming Revolution pay-per-view on Feb. 29.

Since winning the title two weeks ago from Riho, Rose has had a target on her back. The entire women’s locker room has had their eyes set on taking on The Native Beast. Statlander is up first although she is listed as number two on the power rankings behind Riho according to AEW’s official website at the time of this writing.

Statlander has been piling up wins as of last week when she defeated Diamante on AEW Dark and Shanna on Dynamite.
