WWE has officially announced that Nia Jax vs. Shayna Baszler vs. Asuka will take place tonight on RAW in a Triple Threat. The Money in the Bank event is less than two weeks away, and RAW’s participants are eager to show a preview.
All three women qualified for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match just a couple of weeks ago in individual qualifying matches. They will join three women from the SmackDown brand to round out the match. Dana Brooke and Lacey Evans have already moved forward and the final participant will be either Carmella or Mandy Rose which will be determined this Friday.
The MITB match this year is being described with the phrase – “climb the corporate ladder” – as it will take place at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT. The description is that the bout will start on the ground floor of the corporate building and the participants will have to make their way to the roof to grab the briefcase as it hangs above the ring. This unique execution is said to have a similar motion picture look to it much as the Boneyard Match at WrestleMania had.
