Next week’s edition of AEW Dark offers up yet another stacked show with five women’s matches taking place. Thunder Rosa returns for action as does Nyla Rose along with three AEW debuts. Plus another edition Britt Baker‘s ‘The Waiting Room’ will take place.
Baker will be interviewing NAW women’s champion, Serena Deeb. Considering Deeb and Baker’s history with Thunder Rosa things could get very interesting.
Thunder Rosa takes on Jazmin Allure. Allure makes her AEW debut along with fellow Texan wrestling alumni, Madi Wrenkowski and Vert Vixen.
Allure is a regular on Texas independent scene and recently challenged Wrenkowksi for the PPW Women’s Championship at MPW’s Run it Back event.
She will have a tough fight on her hands when she meets Rosa in the ring. Rosa was last in action for AEW on Nov, 18 when she challenged Serena Deeb for the NWA Women’s title. During that match she was attacked by Britt Baker and the two have been feuding since.
Madi Wrenkowski debuts to take on “Legit” Layla Hirsch. Wrenkowski has only been wrestling for one year and she is already making waves on the independent scene and now has the opportunity to showcase her talents on the AEW stage. But it could be a baptism by fire as Hirsch is still looking to winning ways after losing to Baker in her last outing.
The third debutant is Vert Vixen who will be taking on Red Velvet. Vert Vixen is another regular on the Texas wrestling scene where she has wrestled for MPW, Sabotage and Reality of Wrestling. Red Velvet is also an MPW regular and defeated Rache Chanel at Run it Back earlier this month. Velvet has won her last three matches in AEW and will no doubt be looking to make it four.
Alex Gracia returns to AEW to take on KiLynn King. King will be looking to back to winning way after losing to Hikaru Shida last week and Gracia is looking for her first win in AEW.
Last but certainly not least, Nyla Rose faces Tesha Price. Rose defeated Gracia in two-minutes on last week’s show so Price will have to be at her absolute best in order to a aviod the same fate.
