The next IMPACT Plus event, Against All Odds, takes place this weekend on June 12. The card for the Knockouts finalized on last nights IMPACT and we will be treated to three matches.
The newest one added is Tenille Dashwood vs. Jordynne Grace. The match was made official after Rachael Ellering was the “host” on Dashwood’s All About Me segment. She was joined by her tag team partner Jordynne Grace.
Dashwood has been on the search for a tag team partner for months. All the way back to the Knockouts Tag Team Tournament earlier this year, Dashwood has been on the hunt. She had her eyes set on Taylor Wilde but Wilde made it clear she wasn’t interested and went missing a few weeks ago. Since then, Dashwood has been looking at Ellering much to the disapproval of Grace.
Ellering got fired up during the segment that Dashwood wasn’t respecting the fact that Grace is her tag team partner. She suggested that she and Dashwood face off but then Grace stepped in saying that she would handle it. Grace has more to prove as she has been the one who has been taking the pins since the team lost the tag team titles.
As far as matches that took place this week:
Rosemary defeated Havok (if Havok won she would have been added to the Knockout Title Match at Against All Odds)
Tasha Steelz defeated Kimber Lee
Havok was determined to make the Knockouts Title match a Three Way bout this Saturday but she couldn’t get the job done. Focusing on hitting spears throughout the match, Rosemary hit one final one and while avoiding a Tombstone Piledriver to get the pin. This keeps this weekends match for the Knockouts Championship between Deonna Purrazzo and Rosemary.
After the match, Purrazzo, Kimber Lee, and Susan came out and attacked Havok and Rosemary. Susan then called out Steelz for their match.
Steelz gets a big win against her Against All Odds opponent as she hits a sitdown slam to get the pin. After the match a brawl continues as Havok and Rosemary made their way back out for revenge over the attack that they just encountered.
It seems as though Havok may have the idea of “if you can’t beat them, join them” and she may have just formed a tag team with Rosemary. These two will most likely have their eyes on the Knockouts Tag Team Match this weekend as Fire ‘N Flava defend against Kimber Lee & Susan.
