Speculations started swirling earlier today that Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins were set to get married. The couple has been engaged since August 2019 and just welcomed their first baby girl into the world in December. Lynch has been out of action and away from WWE since she announced she was pregnant in May 2020.
The news started to make its way around earlier today thanks to Rollins who posted to his Instagram story saying “seems like a fine day to (finally) get married.” WWE confirmed that the couple was indeed set to tie the knot today.
WWE’s official announcement reads as follows:
She is “The Man.” She is “The Mom,” and as of today, Becky Lynch is officially a wife.
As revealed by Seth Rollins on his Instagram account, the day has finally come for the happy couple to tie the knot as they get married today.
Judging by the photo, it is indeed a beautiful day for a wedding for the parents who welcomed their firstborn daughter, Roux, into the world back in December.
Here’s hoping more photos from the big day come flooding in, because at the very least, the Seth Rollins drip is undoubtedly on a whole other level today. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
Reports have been floating around as well on when Lynch will be making her return to WWE programming and subsequently stepping back into the ring. There has been no confirmation on her return at this time but she has been spotted showing up backstage and at the Performance Center more recently.
