Havok & Rosemary are now your NEW Knockouts Tag Team Champions as they defeated Fire ‘N Flava on the pre-show of Slammiversary. Havok has now fully joined Decay and their power together ended the 63-day reign of Kiera Hogan & Tasha Steelz. Havok got the pin on Hogan after delivering a Tombstone.
The Knockouts Tag Team Titles were reintroduced at the end of 2020 and first won in January at Hard to Kill. Fire ‘N Flava was that team to win the titles for the first time since they were deactivated in 2013.
They defeated Havok and then partner Nevaeh in the finals. Rosemary participated in that tournament as well with her then-tag team partner Taya Valkyrie. They lost in the second round to Fire ‘N Flava. Fire ‘N Flava became two-time champs after defeating Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering at Under Siege in May.
This is both Havok and Rosemary’s first tag team title win in IMPACT. Both women are prior Knockouts Champions. Havok hasn’t held a title in IMPACT since 2014. Rosemary became Knockouts Champ in 2016. To say it is overdue for these two women to hold gold is an understatement.
