Tasha Steelz has perhaps the biggest match of her career this Saturday as she faces Mickie James for the Knockouts World Title at No Surrender. Steelz heads into this weekend’s event with a pin over the champion.
On this week’s IMPACT!, Steelz teamed up with Savannah Evans as they took on the team of James and Chelsea Green. The match comes down to James hitting Steelz with the Mick Kick but Evans was able to break up the pin. James targets Evans as a result and executes a Mick DT but that was enough of a distraction for Steelz to capitalize. Steelz hits Black Out in order to get the pin on the champion and win the bout.
Deonna Purrazzo is set for No Surrender.
She will be issuing an open challenge for one of her championships. Either the ROH Women’s World Title or the AAA Reina de Reinas Title will be on the line. Purrazzo issued an open challenge last week which Santana Garrett accepted for the ROH Women’s Title and was unable to come through with the win. Who will be facing Purrazzo on Saturday?
Also on this week’s IMPACT!, Gisele Shaw made her official in-ring debut and picked up her first win against Lady Frost. Masha Slamovich made quick work in a squash match against Kiah Dream. And the Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, The IInspiration continue to try and convince Kaleb with a K to leave the Influence and join them.
