Masha Slamovich Targets Tenille Dashwood At Against All Odds

Masha Slamovich has found her next victim and that Knockout is Tenille Dashwood.

Slamovich has been on an undefeated streak ever since putting pen to paper to sign her Knockouts contract with IMPACT. She went through a series of enhancement talent before diving into the Knockouts division itself.

At Against All Odds on Friday, The Influence including new member Gisele Shaw had a rematch for the Knockouts World Tag Team Championships (Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie). The final moments of the match had Dashwood distracting the referee, which allowed Shaw to get involved from the ring apron. The injured Rayne tripped Valkyrie from the outside but that wasn’t enough to keep the champions down. Valkyrie rolled up Dashwood to score retain the titles. After they were unable to regain the gold, The Influence benefited in the numbers game and pounced. As they headed up the ramp, Slamovich’s music hit.

Slamovich made her way out with an envelope which has been her calling card as of late. She delivered it to Dashwood which was a photo of her with a red “X” marked through it signaling that she is next. Slamovich has already taken down Havok and Alisha adding a total of 11 straight wins.

Elsewhere on Against All Odds, two more Knockouts matches took place. The Knockouts World Title was retained by Jordynne Grace in a rematch with Tasha Steelz. Grace defeated Steelz at Slammiversary in June to become a two-time champion. As the match come to a close, Grace hits the Muscle Buster but Savannah Evans distracted the referee to help out Steelz. Steelz nails a cutter off the distraction but only gets a near fall. Grace delivers a Superplex and sends Steelz into Evans who was on the ring apron. A Grace Driver connecting on Steelz gives Grace the win as she retains the title.

Lastly, Chelsea Green & Deonna Purrazzo were victorious in their first match as a tag team in IMPACT! They faced mutual foes in that of Mickie James & Mia Yim. This was James’ first match since April. James would take the fall after Green & Purrazzo hit a double backstabber. This feud is likely far from over after that result.

IMPACT! will have tapings tonight in Atlanta, GA for Southern Hostility. Green will face James while Yim faces Purrazzo in singles action.
