Both Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair have been two of the biggest stars in WWE for 2022. Even with Lynch being out of action for several months, she has been polarizing during her time on screen. Belair has held the Raw Women’s Championship since WrestleMania where she defeated Lynch and then the two ended their rivalry at this year’s SummerSlam.
Both women were on the winning team for the Survivor Series WarGames match this past weekend. Lynch in particular got the pinfall for her team after delivering a leg drop off of the top of the cage onto Damage CTRL through a table. So what is next for the women as the year is soon coming to an end and the road to WrestleMania is just around the corner?
During the Survivor Series WarGames post-show press conference, Belair and Lynch both were present and took questions from the crowd. A question was asked by Krista B. from Those Wrestling Girls podcast to both Belair and Lynch. She stated that they have made so much history since the start of their careers and she asked if there was anything, in particular, they would like to conquer on the road to WrestleMania.
Both Lynch and Belair gave big goals. Lynch stated that she wanted to be the first woman to win the Royal Rumble twice. While Belair’s answer was to main event night two of WrestleMania. Belair has had the honor of being only one of five women to main event a WrestleMania, however, she and Sasha Banks were the main event of night one in 2021.
As we leave Survivor Series WarGames behind us, what could we see over the next couple of months heading into Royal Rumble and then WrestleMania season?
