The Slammy Awards have returned for the first time since 2020 as it was aired on social media on Sunday.
Three women won big, while another won according to her own accord.
First, we have Tiffany Stratton besting all of NXT as she won best NXT Superstar. She beat out the likes of Ilja Dragunov, Lyra Valkyria, Bron Breakker, and Carmelo Hayes.
Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley win the huge award for Match of the Year. Their match from WrestleMania 39 takes the prize. And Ripley doesn’t stop there. She also wins for best Female Superstar of the Year and best faction alongside Judgment Day.
Now, as for Chelsea Green. She was nominated in the Best Social Superstar category. For sure she would win right? Well, the fans were more on the side of Drew McIntyre who took the award. Green wasn’t having that though as she snatched it from McIntyre and went off running.
