NXT looks to be very promising for the women tonight on July 2! There are many matches confirmed as well as Roxanne Perez and Lola Vice going face-to-face just days before their title match at Heatwave this Sunday.
First lets give a rundown of the matches scheduled:
- Michin vs. Jaida Parker – Street Fight
- Brinley Reece vs. Izzi Dame
- Wendy Choo vs. Carlee Bright
Michin and Parker have been on this collision course for quite some time and also tangled in the Women’s North American Title Ladder Match at Battleground.
Last week, Parker had had enough as she would stop Kelly Kincaid from sending the feed back to commentary. She laid out the challenge to Michin after a previous blindside. Michin had her own chance to respond later in a promo. With a steel chair in hand, Michin snaps and asks her to show her how she is going to run her out of NXT.
Wendy Choo returned a few weeks ago and this is a different Choo we have come to know and love. This is the nightmare version. She has targeted upon her return newcomers Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey. She will be going against Bright tonight. Choo cost a match of Bright’s against Fallon Henley a couple of weeks ago when she attacked Grey from behind.
Roxanne and Lola’s rivalry has intensified as it was confirmed last week they will have a title match at Heatwave. After teaming up two weeks ago, Roxanne attacked Lola. Lola responded last week by stealing the championship belt which ended up in Ava’s office.
Tonight the two will come face-to-face before their big clash.
