There were 12 women named in the inaugural WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament that kicked off this past Monday on Raw. One of those names who weren’t included was Sonya Deville. And she’s not happy.
After a serious of unhappy posts on her social media since Monday, Deville responded to Triple H’s bracket announcement with a video.
Deville calls herself a fighter both in and out of the ring but that isn’t something she brags about. She isn’t happy that Dakota Kai advanced in her match against Katana Chance and Shayna Baszler. Baszler mainly because she’s a member of Pure Fusion Collective with Deville (and Zoey Stark).
She goes on to say that Kai is being rewarded by being put in the tournament when she’s just come back from her fourth injury in four years.
Fans are restless on social media it seems as they are all against Deville. She even replied to one who said that she’s constantly taking time off and is injured. Deville, very matter of fact, said she was almost killed by a man in real life who broke into her home and has only had one injury in her career.
Deville addresses the trolls again saying she has had five star matches while they sit in their parents’ basement. This post has since been deleted.
She summed everything up by saying “Okay I’m done now, that was fun.”
