Hello Everyone, welcome to the Honor Club! Tonight we finally had the fatal 4 way qualifier match for Wrestle Dynasty, plus we also had a singles match between two former TNA Knockouts Champions, Allysin Kay and the returning Madison Rayne.
Before the qualifier match started, Athena interrupted Billie Starkz and called for an Emergency M.E.M! She reminds Billie that she still owes her an apology and to lay down on the mat so she can pin her and go to Wrestle Dynasty. In a nutshell, she pretty much tells her that she will be her minion until she says so and to get it together.
The fatal four-way opened the show. After Athena yelled at her competitors, the three of them tried to go after Athena. As she rolled out of the ring, they were able to start the match, exchanging a couple of locks and roll ups.
Some highlights of the match included the typical submission chain/combo between the four participants and a Tower of Doom after Billie was able to powerbomb them.
Leyla Hirsch attacked Red Velvet with some rough sounding punches and knee shots to the chin. And was able to take out Athena and Billie with a diving double dropkick on the outside of the ring.
In the final moments of the match, Athena stole the pin after throwing Billie out of the ring. Athena was able to score the pin fall to qualify.
Later in the night Madison Rayne returned to ROH after her injury last April. The Killer Queen defeated the former TNA Knockout Champion Allysyn Kay with the crusifix bomb.
Wrestle Dynasty is slowly shaping up, or at least the Women’s International Cup Match. It’s always nice to see a veteran like Madison Rayne back in action.
