The first ever women’s main event in WrestleMania history is listed at number 10 of WWE’s 50 Greatest WrestleMania Matches Ever.
At WrestleMania 35, we had a Winners Take All match where three women walked into the match, two were champions, and one walked out with all of the gold. Becky Lynch defeated the Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and the SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair to walk out as Becky2Belts. This was also Rousey’s first time she was pinned in WWE.
Lynch wouldn’t hold both titles for long, she would drop the SmackDown Women’s Title back to Flair at Money in the Bank in May of that year. As for the Raw Women’s Title, she would go on to hold it a record breaking 398 days. A record that has since been broken by Bianca Belair at 419 days.
