AJ Lee‘s “Pipe Bombshell” promo on last Monday’s Raw got everyone talking, including some of the biggest names in wrestling.
The WWE Divas Champion impressed her peers and fans alike with her promo aimed at the cast of Total Divas on Monday Night Raw and it appears that she has gained praise from none other than the Billion Dollar Princess, a WWE Hall of Famer and the originator of the “Pipe Bomb”.
WWE Executive Vice President of Creative Stephanie McMahon has expressed her opinion regarding the promo.
In response to a fan’s question on Twitter, Stephanie said that AJ “owned it”. She tweeted:
“@Alow5pointz: @StephMcMahon how impressed were you with @WWEAJLee promo from this past Raw?” AJ owned it…I was very impressed #DivasChamp

It doesn’t get any better than receiving praise from Stephanie! But, of course, it doesn’t hurt to also hear from some male counterparts.
Earlier in the week, CM Punk, whose original “Pipebomb” promo inspired the naming of AJ’s. He tweeted his approval of the promo before dubbing it a “Pipe Bombshell”:
Yup. That's how it's done.

Hall of Famer Mick Foley, who also posted a blog in defense of Brie and Nikki Bella, tweeted his compliments to AJ and the rest of the Divas:
I adore @nicoleandbri, but that was a tremendous promo by @WWEAJLee. AJ keeps it real! #RAW

How cool is it that the @WWE Universe is buzzing about @nicoleandbri @WWEAJLee and the Divas division? You GO girls! #RAW

That last tweet captures our sentiments exactly. Whether you agree with the content of AJ’s promo or not, it got everyone talking about the Divas, and ultimately, that’s a good thing.
