Women’s Title rematch announced for SmackDown

After managing to walk out of WWE’s Super Show-Down this morning (Oct 6th) by means of disqualification, the WWE has announced that Becky Lynch will defend the SmackDown Women’s Title once again in a rematch against Charlotte Flair on next week’s SmackDown Live:

For her part, says declares that she had no problems in how she managed to retain the SmackDown Women’s Title against Flair and has no problems facing her, or anyone else, over and over again as a way to prove she deserves to be the face of the company

Update 10/07/18

WWE.com have added a stipulation to the upcoming Women’s Title rematch, adding that if Lynch gets DQ’ed, she loses the title:

SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair’s title match at WWE Super Show-Down did not end without controversy on Saturday when Lynch intentionally got herself disqualified against The Queen in order to hold onto the gold.

Well, that will not be an option for her this Tuesday night when the two rematch in a contest where if The Irish Lass Kicker gets DQ’ed she will lose the title.

Will Lynch be able to keep it clean against The Queen now that she doesn’t have the outlet to escape with the title by resorting to questionable tactics? Or, after Becky got the best of her after the bell at WWE Super Show-Down, will Charlotte’s rage prove to be her achilles heel?

Are you excited for this match?
