After months of matches, the first-ever TBS Women’s Champion will be crowned on tonight’s Dynamite. Dynamite is making its debut on the TBS Network tonight and with that comes a new champion. Jade Cargill will be facing Ruby Soho.
Soho has defeated Penelope Ford, Kris Statlander, and Nyla Rose to make it to the finals. Cargill had earned a first-round bye and went on to defeat Red Velvet and Thunder Rosa in her journey to the finals.
Cargill heads into this match with an undefeated streak since joining AEW. Soho joined AEW in September winning the Casino Battle Royale at All Out. She went on to challenge the AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker in a losing effort. This would be her only singles match loss since joining the company.
Mercedes Martinez became All Elite last week as she assisted Cargill with her win against Thunder Rosa. Will Martinez and/or Rosa have a factor into tonight’s match?
