The women of SmackDown continued to bring it last night as a Fatal 5 Way was held to determine a number one contender for the Lass Kicker, Becky Lynch. Alexa Bliss would capitalize on a beaten down Nikki Bella to win the number one spot!

Daniel Bryan confirmed on SmackDown’s after show, Talking Smack, and WWE later announced that the two will square off at No Mercy! This will be Becky’s first title defense as the newly crowned champion.

Alexa also had this to say on Talking Smack:

So far only one other match has been officially announced for No Mercy featuring WWE World Champion AJ Styles in a triple threat match against John Cena and Dean Ambrose.

No Mercy airs October 9 at 8 pm ET on the WWE Network.

What did you think of last night’s match? Do you think Becky will retain the title or will Alexa continue to use her crafty ways to crush Becky’s lifelong championship dreams? Sound off in the comments below.
