Alexa Bliss says she has been ready to return to the ring and to WWE programming. She’s just waiting to hear from them.
After taking some time off in the back half of 2021 to have sinus surgery, she returned to the ring at Elimination Chamber in February. A series of vignettes were aired leading up to her return.
Bliss participated in the Elimination Chamber match which was won by Bianca Belair. Afterward, many fans expected her to show up on the Raw and in the subsequent weeks following but she has not appeared on WWE programming since. It has already been reported that creative had nothing ready for her.
Bliss recently tied the knot with musician Ryan Cabrera in early April. While speaking to Adam’s Apple, Bliss joked that she would love to go on many honeymoons but has to go back to work.
In response to when we can expect her to be back in the ring, she responded – “Hopefully soon, I’m just waiting on the call.” She says she is ready to go and has been since before Saudi Arabia where she returned in February.
