Amy Weber reveals the moment that caused her to leave WWE

Former WWE Diva Amy Weber took to her YouTube page to finally discuss why she left the company back in 2005. Weber was a competitor in the Diva Search of 2004 and despite not winning it, she was still offered a contract. She placed fourth and the winner was Christy Hemme. When she left the company it wasn’t detailed why besides that she left due to being the victim of harassment.

She has now come forward with allegations that both Randy Orton and Edge were the one’s that partook in the harassment. This subsequently caused her to speak up and ask for her release.

“I was training behind the scenes to have a real wrestling match. Joy [Giovanni] and I had been working really hard. Every time we got to a new city, I would rehearse and practice. We had like a seven city tour in ten days. While we were in Japan, I was practicing, I was supposed to grab the rope to break my fall and unfortunately, I couldn’t get back to the rope. She kicked me a little hard in the stomach, it was fine, it wasn’t her fault. I landed on my tailbone. They thought I might have cracked it. The trainer told me to go into the men’s locker room and grab two ibuprofen, which I did, and some ice.”

“When I was on the plane on the way back, I was laying across three seats. We were all sleeping. Randy Orton decided to come up behind my chair and he slammed into it like a linebacker so hard that I landed on the floor. Then he said to me, ‘You’re gonna learn [bitch].’ I didn’t understand what he was talking about. I went back to sleep. I was awoken by someone pouring a drink in my face. I looked up and saw Edge with a partially drained drink. I stood up on the airplane seat and said, ‘Do you have a problem with me? You wanna fight me? You wanna be a man?’ He kept denying it. I saw the cup in his hand.”

From this interaction she decided that she wanted to end her contract and not continue with WWE.
