Ariane Andrew, formerly known as Cameron in WWE, will be making her return to the ring in April. Andrew has not wrestled since her departure from WWE in March 2016. It has been announced that she will be making her return at the Big Gay Brunch event that takes place during WrestleMania weekend.
The show is being presented by GCW and indie wrestler Effy will be the host of the event. It was first announced by Effy on his social media and Andrew would tweet out the announcement as well.
After being on WWE’s main roster as a Funkadactyl (with Naomi) and then did a singles run she went back to NXT prior to her release. She is also known for her time on Total Divas where she was part of the initial cast.
Prior to the announcement, Andrew posted the following on her social media to hint at her return:
At this time there is no word on who her opponent may be. Effy’s Big Gay Brunch takes place on April 4 during WrestleMania weekend. It will take place in Ybor City, Tampa, Fla. You can purchase tickets by clicking here.
