Its Saturday and you know what that means. The first AEW Dark of 2021 takes place next week and offers up four women’s matches, several returns and one big debut.
Tesha Price, Alex Gracia and Vipress all return to the show while one half of Team Sea Stars, Ashely Vox appears on AEW for the first time.
Ashley Vox makes her AEW debut against Thunder Rosa. Vox and Rosa have history. In 2019 they were locked in a feud on NWA Powerrr, which resulted in several matches. Unfortunately, the feud didn’t reach its finale due to the pandemic putting NWA on hold. But now AEW has given these two former foes the chance to put old rivalries to bed.
Vipress returns to AEW Dark for the second time to take on Shanna. Vipress last appeared on the show in a losing effort against Big Swole on Nov, 18. Shanna will be looking to continue her two-match win streak with her first victory in 2021.
Ivelisse and Diamante team up once again to face Tesha Price and KiLynne King. “King’s Price” have never teamed before and they have a tough match on their hands against La Sicaria and the Cuban Diamond.
Alex Gracia returns to AEW Dark to take on Nyla Rose again. The last time these two met the Native Beast defeated and humiliated Gracia. No doubt the Pink Dream will be looking to kick off the new year with some payback.
