It is expected that WAVE will release Hamada from her contract with the company due to the situation.
According to the Yahoo sports article, Hamada told Sendai Girls day of their May 13th show that she was in 'bad physical condition' later that day WAVE (not sure if SenJo was made aware the same day) found out that she was arrested for violation of the Stimulant Drug Control Law

Lawyer says that they don't suspect that this is a long-term addiction, but first time use. It's WAVE policy to cancel contracts swiftly after a wrestler is arrested and charged.

Earlier this week Ayako Hamada cancelled her title defense against DASH Chisako at Sendai Girl’s show at Azalea Taisho Hall in Osaka, Japan due to what she said was ‘health-related issues’.
Sendai Girls announced yesterday after the show that Hamada had returned the belt.
Sendai Girls have now announced that Hamada has returned the belt to the Senjo Office because she'll be out for a while. Doesn't sound good at all.
