For the SmackDown branded WWE’s Saturday Night Main Event on October 1, B-Fab returned to the ring for the first time since returning to WWE in August. The event took place in Regina, SK, Canada. She faced Natalya in a losing effort.
Prior to her release B-Fab only had a handful of matches at live events and two televised matches. Her first which she defeated Katrina Cortez and a No Disqualification Match against Elektra Lopez which she lost. Both matches took place in September 2021.
