Becky Lynch immediately starts her second title defense of the night. Just mere moments after Lynch beat Lacey Evans to retain her RAW Women’s Championship, Charlotte Flair makes her way to the ring. The SmackDown Women’s Championship match is up next and Lynch is ready to go.
A feud for the ages continues as Flair and Lynch square off. Lynch attempts to stay “Becky2Belts,” whereas Flair wants to become a nine-time champion. The match is pretty evenly matched despite Lynch feeling the effects from her first match. Evans decides to make her presence known as she returns to the ring and causes Lynch the distraction. Flair capitalizes on the assist from Evans and becomes the new SmackDown Women’s Champion.
After the match, the onslaught on Lynch continues as Evans and Flair team up and attack the former “champ, champ” in the corner of the ring. The new Ms. Money in the Bank’s music hits and Bayley rushes to the ring to even the playing field. She takes Evans out of the equation first. Then, after Flair is knocked out, Bayley contemplates on cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on the new champion.
Bayley makes a calculated decision and cashes in her Money in the Bank contract that she won earlier in the night. After the bell rings, Bayley takes to the top turnbuckle and delivers an elbow to Flair. Bayley pins Flair to become the new SmackDown Women’s Champion. She celebrates with the fans in the crowd after her victory.
