With just five days away from Becky Lynch defending the Raw Women’s Title against Lita at Elimination Chamber, Big Time Becks tries one last time to convince Lita to cancel the match.
In a contract signing on Raw, Lynch makes her way to the ring looking disheveled saying that she hasn’t slept all week. Being upset that her teen idol has decided to challenge her and potentially take her title away from her this close to WrestleMania, Lynch tries to get into the head of Lita. She tells her that the only people who want to see them wrestle are the demented fans.
Lita takes to the mic and gets the fan’s reaction on what to do. Tear up the contract or sign it. She says she doesn’t have just one good match left in her, but one whole run left in her. A championship run. Lita knows that Becky is scared because she knows that she could lose.
Before Lynch signs the contract, she says that she has studied Lita’s career closer than anything and she knows all her weaknesses including her neck. Lita says that it is up to her to finish Lynch but the only thing she will make sure to end on Saturday is Becky’s title reign. Lynch throws the contract at Lita and leaves the ring to end the segment.
From one championship to another, Dana Brooke‘s 24/7 reign has unfortunately come to an end on Valentine’s Day.
Dana and Reggie went out to dinner with Akira Tozawa and Tamina spying at a nearby table. R-Truth was the waiter. After fighting off her usual barrage of challengers, Reggie would tell Dana he wants to take their friendship to the next level but Dana confirms that they are just friends and didn’t mean to lead him on. Reggie would roll up Dana to become the new 24/7 Champion ending Dana’s reign at 84-days.
