Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey said to be returning to WWE in the near future

Two of the biggest names for WWE are said to be returning sooner rather than later. According to WWE President Nick Khan, both former RAW Women’s Champions Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey will be returning on-screen to WWE programming in the near future.

Khan was speaking with The Colin Cowherd Podcast where he made the remark. Although there was no specific timeframe given, it is good to know that both women do have plans on returning.

“Ronda is going to be coming back at a certain point in time. Becky Lynch, she just had her first baby, she will be coming back at a certain point in time in the not too distant future,” says Khan. [Transcription credit: Fightful]

Rousey has not been seen since she lost the RAW Women’s Title in the first-ever women’s main event for a WrestleMania at WrestleMania 35. She was in that match with Lynch and Charlotte Flair with a Winner Takes All stipulation. Lynch won that match becoming both RAW and SmackDown Women’s Champion (which was held by Flair).

As for Lynch, she has been away from the company since announcing her pregnancy after the Money in the Bank pay-per-view last May. She gave birth to her first child in December. She relinquished the RAW Women’s Title to Asuka after holding it for 398-days when The Empress of Tomorrow won the Money in the Bank ladder match.
