It was exclusively announced on WWE’s The Bump earlier today that RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch will be appearing on the season 5 premiere of Showtime’s Billions.
Lynch appeared onThe Bump along with Billion’s co-creator, Brain Koppelman to make the announcement.
Lynch will make her cameo in the season premiere as herself, but there are no further details on the size of the role and if it will just be a one-off appearance.
Lynch would take to Twitter to share her excitement and the date that the show will be aired.
The official Billions Twitter account of the show also posted a commemorative video about the Lynch’s appearance.
This isn’t the first time that Becky Lynch has been involved in acting. Before Lynch joined WWE she was a stunt performer on History Channel’s Vikings and WWE Studio’s The Marine 6: Close Quarters.
We havn’t seen Becky Lynch on RAW for a number weeks and there hasn’t been a RAW Women’s Championship match announced for Money in the Bank either. But with her appearance on Billions this Sunday it might be worth putting some money on her return happening on the following night’s RAW.
