AJ was away dealing with neck injuries (come to find out through reading her book, she damaged her cervical spine) after losing her Diva’s Title rematch to Nikki Bella in late 2014. Fast forward to 2015, Paige is battling Nikki for the same title, when she is attacked and outnumbered by the Bellas. The hometown crowd just KNEW AJ would be back, and sure enough, she sprinted to the ring like a crazy person and laid waste to the Bellas. She may not have been the biggest in terms of size, but that night she brought the fight to “help #GiveDivasAChance”. She cleared the ring and seemed to make a very uneasy alliance with our beloved “Casper looking friend” and “English Crumpet” Paige. That night that ring was her house.
