Indie wrestler Brandi Lauren has officially been announced as part of the newest recruitment class for NXT at the WWE Performance Center. She is the only woman in this class. On the announcement she is listed by her real name Brandi Pawalek.
PWInsider originally reported her signing with the company at the end of August. Prior to the rumor of her joining the company surfacing, Lauren was seen in a RAW Underground segment against Marina Shafir.
Lauren is mostly known for her time with EVOLVE, SHINE, and Impact Wrestling. In IMPACT she was known as Ava Storie during her short run with the company.
