Brandi Rhodes made the official announcement on tonight’s AEW Dynamite that she is pregnant. This will be the first child for her and her husband, Cody. The announcement was made through a video with her and Cody receiving a package at the door as they are decorating their Christmas tree.
It was a small package that was addressed to both of them. As Cody opened up the box, it revealed baby shoes and an ornament that said “we’re expecting a new baby due 2021.” The couple then kissed and the video ended with their dog who was wearing a bandana that stated “baby security (in training).
After the video aired, Brandi accompanied Cody out to the ring for his match. Brandi has recently been in a storyline feud with the new arrival Jade Cargill.
2020 has been a big year for engagements, weddings, and babies in the wrestling industry. Congratulations to the expecting parents!
