Candice LaRae and Johnny Gargano took to Twitter to announce the wonderful news that they are expecting their first child.
Gargano posted pictures of the happy couple along with photos of the scan and a board stating that the baby is due in February next year.
LaRae and Gargano have been playing the role of parents on NXT with Austin Theory and Indi Hartwell playing their “children”.
The leaders of The Way were married in 2016 in a ceremony at Disneyland.
LeRae signed for NXT in 2018 and has partnered with her husband in one way or another throughout.
LaRae last wrestled in July in a tag team match, which saw her and Hartwell drop the NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions to Io Sharai and Zoey Stark.
