Candice LeRae is back into the winning circle after picking up a win against Bayley on the Oct. 10 episode of Raw. This is her third match since returning to WWE as a new member of the red brand.
Prior to their match, a backstage interview with all of Damage CTRL took place as they addressed Bayley’s loss to Bianca Belair at Extreme Rules. Bayley looked to take her frustrations out and try to get a victory against LeRae.
The final moments of the match saw Bayley try to execute her Rose Plant finisher but LeRae reversed it into a pin to get the win.
Post-match, a three-on-one attack ensued until the Raw Women’s Champion rushed to the ring. Despite trying her best to help LeRae it would be Bayley and the Women’s Tag Team Champions standing tall to end the segment.
Disappointedly there wasn’t much else on this week’s show regarding the women’s roster.
There was a shout out for the Ninth Wonder of the World – Chyna. During the main event segment was the reunion of DX for its 25th Anniversary. Sean ”X-Pac” Waltman gave the shout out who called her the biggest magic ingredient of the group.
Other women on the show included Rhea Ripley with Judgment Day addressing her attack on Beth Phoenix from Extreme Rules. She says delivering the conchairto was just a fraction of what she can do.
Maryse appeared for The Miz’s birthday celebration. The celebration would of course get destroyed by Dexter Lumis. While Lumis had Miz in a hold, he inadvertently sent Maryse into the birthday cake.
