It is being reported by PWInsider that Carmella is working through an injury. They can confirm that her appearances are being produced to work around the injury.
This past Monday on Raw, a match took place for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Carmella who is one-half of the tag champs did not tag into the match and her partner Queen Zelina picked up a relatively quick win by pinning Nikki A.S.H. Zelina has been having one-on-one matches against Rhea Ripley including a match that has had both Nikki and Carmella banned from ringside.
Carmella did not participate in the recent holiday tour that took place for WWE Live house shows.
PWInsider cannot confirm the exact injury 100% but the last match she worked at full capacity was the Fatal Five-way to determine the number one contender for the Raw Women’s Championship. That match took place on Dec. 11 and Liv Morgan went on to win that bout.
Carmella nor WWE have confirmed her injury at the time of this writing.

Over last weekend, Banks had a house show match with Charlotte Flair in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Following an awkward landing on a backbreaker from Flair, there was concern on Banks leg/knee. The match quickly ended after the referee checked on Banks and she had to be assisted to the back.
She tweeted after the event and stated that she was “good” following the concern from fans. The most recent update is that Banks is dealing with a sprained leg.
