After weeks of distractions and interferences, Charlotte could finally get her hands on Lacey Evans on Monday Night RAW. WWE announced that Charlotte and Evans will come face-to-face on the company’s flagship show.
Tensions are running high between Evans and Charlotte ever since the “Sassy Southern Belle” and Ric Flair began an uncomfortable relationship earlier this year. Back in January Asuka and the “Queen” were facing Evans and Peyton Royce when Evans began making advances toward Charlotte’s father. The attention got Ric a little hot under the collar who then turned on his daughter and cost her the match.
Since then Evans and Flair have done everything they can to get in the head of Charlotte. Evans has worn Flair’s robes to the ring and attacked the “Queen” backstage. The duo has also interfered in every one of Charlotte’s matches causing her to lose on several occasions.
The most recent distraction caused Charlotte to walk out of the match and Asuka to take the pin. Will the “Empress of Tomorrow” also have something to say to Charlotte or Lacey Evans? Whatever happens on RAW expect fireworks when Charlotte confronts Evans with Ric Flair by her side.
