This weekend was a big one for the women of Chikara as the company presented three visiting joshi stars from Japan, and a big intergender match between Queen of Wrestling, Sara Del Rey and her former ally, Claudio Castagnoli.
In a huge victory, Del Rey defeated the rumored WWE-bound Castagnoli in the main event of Chikarasaurus Rex: Night Two in Philadelphia, PA. Del Rey pinned Castagnoli with a crucifix at the 13 minute mark.
“Who run the world? Girls!” indeed.
