Seems as though TNA Knockout, Christy Hemme has a slight case of the Karens. Like the legendary Karen Walker from Will & Grace, looks like Christy is suffering from selective memory. Though thankfully, Christy’s case is far less severe – she’s not exactly retelling chapters of other people’s lives as if it were her own. But nonetheless, this one gave me a good LOL. With the amount of Divas leaving WWE due to injuries, retirement and ‘sick daughters’ over the past couple of years, Christy thought she could fool us:
My departure from WWE was on my own terms because I stuck to my guns on my morals and values as a human being. I knew in my gut that it would be the end, but I also knew that carrying guilt for knowingly doing something against what I believed wasn’t worth getting ahead. Leaving broke my heart… but doing the right thing is something I will always be proud of.
Her own terms? Yeah, that’s not the way I remember it. I remember Christy’s ass getting fired. But whatever, if it makes the story easier to retell to your grandkids…
