Tonight on Impact, it was revealed that TNA announcer Christy Hemme is pregnant with her first child.
The full announcement was made in an interview with Fit Pregnancy, in which Christy reveals that she is five months pregnant, due on New Year’s Eve.
In the interview, Christy revealed when she discovered she was pregnant and why she chose to keep it under wraps:
“I actually found out I was pregnant the same week I became a member of the creative team at TNA Wrestling. I made the decision to keep the news quiet for as long as I could. I wanted to prove I was dedicated and I was not willing to just sit back, kick my feet up and be defined as only a pregnant lady.”
She also shared her baby names, which borrow from her and her husband Charley Patterson:
“If we have a girl, her name will be Charlie Rose Patterson, after her daddy. If we have a boy, his name will be Hemme Lee Patterson, after his mommy.”
