CMLL Announces Women’s World Tag Team Titles Vacated Due To Tessa Blanchard’s Departure

News broke earlier in a report that Tessa Blanchard is on her way back to TNA. With this, CMLL has announced that the CMLL Women’s Tag Team Titles have been vacated. They were held by Blanchard and Lluvia. New champions will be crowned in 2025.

Per CMLL:

Official Announcement: The CMLL Women’s World Tag Team Championship has been vacated following the departure of Tessa Blanchard from the company.

The title will be contested next year in a playoff.

The tag titles have had a rough start. They were first introduced in September 2023 and were first vacated in July 2024 after Stephanie Vaquer signes with WWE. She was champions with Zeuxis. They were won by Blanchard and Lluvia in August and now have been vacated a second time.
